Product Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all the products and associated content you make available on the Wonder Industries showroom meet the requirements outlined in these Product Guidelines. Wonder Industries retains the right to periodically update these guidelines, so please check for changes regularly. Throughout these guidelines, the terms "include" or "including" imply "including, but not limited to." Any capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms, Seller Terms, and/or Buyer Terms of Wonder Industries. The terms and conditions of the aforementioned documents are hereby incorporated by reference. By acknowledging and agreeing to these guidelines, you agree to:

1. Adhere to these Product Guidelines, Wonder Industries' General Terms of Service, Wonder Industries' Seller Terms (if you are a Seller), and Wonder Industries' Buyer Terms (if you are a Buyer).

2. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including safety, labeling, testing, warning, import, export, regional certifications, and all other consumer protection requirements.

3. Refrain from infringing upon intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties.

4. Abstain from providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information about your products.

5. Ensure that the products you sell are authorized for sale from your jurisdiction to a Buyer's jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and agree that Wonder Industries is not responsible for determining whether you meet the aforementioned requirements, and hereby release Wonder Industries from any liability in this regard. Compliance with the aforementioned requirement is a crucial condition for your participation as a Seller on the Wonder Industries marketplace.

Prohibited Products

The following items are strictly prohibited on the Wonder Industries marketplace:

• Counterfeit products or products you are unauthorized to sell (e.g., products not manufactured by you or not under your ownership). Wonder Industries strictly prohibits the use of a Seller's name, logo, or protected design without the consent or permission of the Seller owner, even if the products are upcycled or repurposed from authentic materials;
• Firearms and firearm ammunition;
• Weapons, including knives, explosives, and related items;
• Products containing any amount of alcohol;
• Products containing any amount of drugs, including prescription, legal, or illegal drugs;
• Products containing Cannabidiol (CBD) or Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC);
• Drug paraphernalia;
• Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vape sticks or pens, hookah pipes, and other smoking paraphernalia;
• Any hazardous, toxic, flammable, biohazardous, unsafe, or dangerous products;
• Recalled products;
• Dietary supplements;
• Children's car seats or harnesses;
• Pornography, including offensive images, videos, or materials;
• Products that are offensive or promote, incite, or glorify hate or violence towards any individual or group;
• Culturally insensitive products;
• Products associated with terrorist organisations;
• Confederate flag merchandise;
• Gift cards;
• Currency, coins, cash equivalents, Bitcoin, or other similar digital currencies;
• Stamps;
• Fine art;
• Gambling or lottery-related items;
• Perishable foods, including meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products;
• Products containing asbestos or flame-retardant chemicals;
• Counterfeit goods;
• Used goods;
• Any other products deemed inappropriate for availability on the Wonder Industries marketplace at the sole discretion of Wonder Industries;

Compliance with Legal Requirements

Sellers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to all applicable international, federal, state, local, or any other laws, regulations, and rules relevant to the products they make available through Wonder Industries. This includes, but is not limited to, the following (please note that this list is not exhaustive, and you are responsible for knowing the applicable laws, regulations, and rules):

1. Laws regarding packaging and product labelling (apparel or otherwise);
2. Sustainability laws;
3. Laws governing plastic bag warnings and labels;

Recalled Products

Sellers agree to promptly notify Wonder Industries if any products have been recalled, providing the following information: (a) product name; (b) SKU number or any other identifying number; (c) number of units sold to Buyers; (d) reason for recall; and (e) any other pertinent information to facilitate the proper and swift recall of the products.

Violation of these Product Guidelines

In the event of a breach of any of these Product Guidelines, Wonder Industries reserves the right to deactivate products, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account, and/or revoke Wonder Industries' General Terms and/or Seller Terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
